Natalie & Jeremy || The Tea Room

When I reflect on this wedding, I cannot get over how the color palette was so romantic and wintery! Who says winter weddings have to be burgundy or red all the time? I absolutely love designing with the classic wintertime wedding aesthetic, but I also think winter can be soft, feminine, and graceful. This palette was soft pinks and lavenders backed by thick, cascading greens. The different types of flowers used created pops of interest and really set the mood for the day!

Natalie’s and Jeremy’s wedding day was full of creative designs and thoughtful pieces. To start, no corner of the Tea Room was left untouched by flowers. The dessert shelf (yes, an entire SHELF of desserts!) was as full of blooms as it was sweets. The champagne shelf had beautiful “scrolls” with each guests’s name and seating information. There was a lounge area with velvet furniture from Borrow My Vintage. The memory table was beautifully set up and was a beautiful tribute to their loved ones. There was also a tribute chair, designed with blue flowers that brings tears to my eyes today. We never forget the ones we love the most. The dining room was filled with high, cascading centerpieces and full, low compotes. The sweetheart table and cake table were surrounded with florals, and the stage was lined as well. However, our favorite showstopper was the boxwood photo wall that was draped with flowers and showed off the “Mr. and Mrs. Hellickson” neon sign.
