Day of Coordination

The "Day-of" Coordination package is a great fit for brides who have the majority of planning completed. This bride may simply want help with last minute details and to hand over the wedding day to-do list so they can have a stress free wedding day. One month prior to your wedding, we will meet to solidify details and logistics of your wedding day to guarantee a smooth execution.
Package Includes:
2 in-person meetings
Comprehensive wedding day timeline
Confirmation with all vendors
Conduct final walk-through of venue
Coordination and execution of rehearsal and wedding day
10 hours On-site management day-of wedding

Partial Coordination

This package is a more flexible option for our brides. This package is for the bride who has time and the desire to do some of the planning on her own, but wants a coordinator to call on when needed for coordination details and assistance.
Package begins from the start of the planning process and includes:
10 hours of in-person meetings
Unlimited communication via email/text
Day of timeline
Coordination of 5 vendors (additional vendors at extra cost)
Act as the liaison between client and vendors during final weeks before the wedding
Handle vendor contracts and act as main contact for 5 vendors
Conduct final walk-through of venue
Coordination and execution of rehearsal and wedding day
On-site management day-of wedding

Full Service Coordination

The Full Service planning package ensures event design and execution that far exceeds our brides expectations. We are in charge of handling all aspects of the planning process from our first meeting to the wedding day.
Package Includes:
Weekly, hour long in-person meetings (when needed)
Unlimited email/phone correspondence
Mood board and style consultation
Venue search and recommendations for all vendors
Attend all vendor meetings and handle contracts
Act as the primary contact for all vendors
Conduct final walk through of venue
Coordination and execution of rehearsal and wedding day
On-site management day-of wedding
Includes all other aspects from above packages
